During January – June of this year, a total of 226,804 Asan Imza certificates were issued in Azerbaijan based on 145,061 applications.

In addition, during the reporting period, a total of 276,793 applications were received at taxpayer service centers. 454,992 services were provided based on these applications. The share of operational applications in the total number of services at service centers accounted for 54.4%.
In the first half of the year, 14.7 thousand written inquiries received from taxpayers were answered, and 12.8 million various types of informational notifications (letters) were sent. During the same period, 194 meetings were held with the participation of 2,806 taxpayers, and targeted services were provided to 3,413 taxpayers. In order to take preventive measures to inform taxpayers, 3 million SMS messages were sent to their mobile numbers.
