Poland has refused to provide Patriot missiles to Ukraine

Prime Minister Tusk: Warsaw has no plans to provide new Patriot missiles to Kyiv.
“Elchi” reports that Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated at a press conference following the meeting of “coalition of volunteers” leaders in Paris that Poland is not currently considering providing new Patriot missiles to Ukraine. The meeting was broadcast by TVP Info.
“We are not planning such assistance at the moment,” Tusk said.
Previously, Tusk had announced that the first exercises of the so-called “coalition of volunteers” for Ukraine, involving British and French troops, would be held in Poland in September of this year.
On July 13, a summit of the “coalition of volunteers” was held in Paris. Its participants, among other things, decided to conduct military training in countries neighboring Ukraine in the coming months. They also reaffirmed their commitments to provide military aid to Kyiv this year, discussed issues of licensed production of American Patriot missiles in the republic, and the creation of a “new European missile defense system with the participation of Ukrainian specialists.” The “coalition of volunteers” includes more than 30 countries considering participation in a potential peacekeeping mission in Ukraine. France and Great Britain are the main supporters of Kyiv’s support in the coalition.
