The next graduation ceremony of the “Officer Specialization Course” has been held at the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Ministry, the memory of the National Leader of our people Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland was first commemorated with a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
A video dedicated to the army building process carried out in our country was shown at the event.
Speaking at the event, the Rector of the National Defense University, Major General Gunduz Abdulov, congratulated the young lieutenants on this momentous day on behalf of the Ministry of Defense leadership and wished them success in their future service activities.
Speaking about the reforms carried out in the field of military education in the Azerbaijan Army, the rector noted that ample opportunities have been created for the professional development of military personnel. He expressed his confidence that, thanks to the knowledge acquired during their education, the young officers will increase the combat spirit and moral-psychological readiness of the units where they will serve.
Lieutenant Sanan Piriyev, the top graduate of the course, expressed his gratitude to the head of state and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense on behalf of the graduates for the conditions created, the high level of organization of the course, as well as the attention and care shown.
Then, a commemorative plaque was attached to the symbolic wooden stump by the top graduate of the course.
After certificates, honorary diplomas, and valuable gifts were presented to the young officers who successfully completed the course, a commemorative photo was taken.
