40 more apartments from those put up for sale under the social project of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population have been sold in recent months.
“Elchi” reports that the apartments currently on sale, with a price per square meter significantly lower than the market price, ranging from 435-830 manats, are located in new residential complexes in Umid settlement of Baku, as well as in Absheron and Samux districts.
Each of them has 3 or 4 rooms, is fully renovated, and has never been used. It is also possible to purchase these apartments, which have title deeds (çıxarış), through mortgage loans.
You can view the apartments on the ms.sosial.gov.az portal and reserve your chosen apartment by clicking the “Book” button on the portal. One apartment can be reserved by 3 people; if the first person who reserved it does not purchase the apartment, the right to purchase passes to the next person who reserved it.
A sales contract is concluded between the person who reserves and purchases the apartment and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population within 10 days.
A legal entity or an individual can purchase any number of the apartments on sale.
The funds generated from the sales are directed towards providing housing for martyrs’ families and persons with disabilities related to the war in other regions of our country.
