70 kilograms of narcotic substances have been removed from illegal circulation in the Nasimi district.
“Elchi” reports, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs, that 22 kilograms and 210 grams of marijuana were discovered on 51-year-old previously convicted Adalat Gadimov, 29 kilograms and 770 grams of marijuana on 44-year-old Elvin Ahmadov, and 18 kilograms and 615 grams of marijuana on 39-year-old Gunel Tagiyeva and her acquaintance, 45-year-old Aydin Gurbanov, who were suspected of engaging in drug courier activities.
As a result of the recent operations, a total of more than 70 kilograms of narcotic substances have been removed from illegal circulation.
By the court’s decision, a preventive measure in the form of arrest has been chosen for each of the detained individuals.
