Warning from SEC: An individual attempted to take an aptitude test on behalf of someone else

Today, during the aptitude test for the Sports direction of the V specialty group of higher education institutions, an individual attempted to enter the exam on behalf of someone else.

This was reported to elchi by the SEC.

During the verification process, the person’s true identity was established, and they were not allowed to take the exam.

It was stated that both parties bear responsibility here: “First and foremost, all exam results of the person who was supposed to take the exam are canceled, and they are disqualified from the competition. At the same time, the person who attempted to take the exam on behalf of someone else also faces legal liability. Unfortunately, these individuals are sometimes students in lower courses of higher education institutions, and as a result, they may be expelled from the university.

Previously, the State Examination Center, together with relevant agencies, has implemented various measures against such cases. In past years, law enforcement agencies have taken appropriate steps regarding such violations, and necessary decisions have been made by the relevant courts.

Therefore, exam participants must realize their responsibility in such matters and refrain from such violations. The State Examination Center once again appeals to citizens, urging them to fully comply with the requirements of the legislation regarding student admission to higher and secondary specialized education institutions, as well as other exams. Strict measures by relevant authorities against persons who violate the requirements of existing legislation in this field will continue to be taken.”

The State Examination Center has called on exam participants to be careful regarding the required rules.

It was stated that the monitoring of participants taking exams under equal conditions and compliance with behavioral rules in exams held by the State Examination Center is aimed at ensuring a fair selection when evaluating the knowledge and skills of examinees:

“However, in some cases, applicants attempt to obtain positive results in exams through illegal means. It is known that when each exam result is announced, the SEC provides information about violations that occurred during the exam and announces the cancellation of the results of applicants who were excluded from the exams.

Some violations create legal liability and require the implementation of adequate measures by law. The most important of these is someone else taking or attempting to take the exam instead of the person who is supposed to participate. This is also reflected in the student admission rules. One of the actions prohibited for an applicant is precisely presenting fake documents or documents belonging to someone else, or sending someone else in their place to the exam.”
