In June 2026, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections in a total of 68 pharmacies, including 56 planned and 12 unplanned inspections.

Of the inspections, 58 were carried out in pharmacies located in Baku, and 10 in other cities and regions of the country. 56 of the inspections were planned, and 12 were unplanned.
Based on the results of the inspections, various violations were detected in 10 pharmacies.
Regarding the detected violations, 38 boxes of medicinal products of 11 types were removed from sale due to non-compliance with storage condition requirements.
In addition, 1 administrative protocol was drawn up under Article 215.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and 9 protocols were drawn up under Article 452.3.
