Starting from July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the creation of electronic queues for admission to preschool educational institutions under the Regional Education Departments and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic will begin, and from July 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM, for preschool educational institutions in Baku.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Science and Education.
It was stated that queues for children born in 2021 and 2022 will be active at 11:00 AM, and for children born in 2023, 2024, and 2025 at 3:00 PM.
For the first time this year, the admission process will be carried out through the “myGov” platform. Parents (or legal representatives) can carry out the electronic application process on the specified dates by logging into their “myGov” account and selecting the “Admission to preschool educational institutions” service of the Ministry of Science and Education from the “Services” section.
It was noted that a maximum of 3 preschool educational institutions can be selected for one child through the admission system. Once a queue is created, it will be converted into a request after a minimum of 5 days, provided there is a vacancy. After the request is created, the parent (or legal representative) must submit the required documents to the relevant preschool educational institution within 7 days. Otherwise, the request will be deleted, and the admission of another child will be carried out in order.
Queues and requests created in the previous academic year have been archived and added to the parent’s account. Those queues and requests are not considered valid for the 2026–2027 academic year admission process.
