Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has met with European Union (EU) officials in Ankara.
“Elchi” reports that “TRT Haber” has provided information regarding this.
“H. Fidan met with the head of European diplomacy Kaja Kallas, and responsible members of the EU Commission, Marta Kos and Magnus Brunner,” the report stated.
The topics of discussion for the meeting have not yet been disclosed.
Previously, during a phone call with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that he expects strong political will from NATO leaders regarding the strengthening of Europe’s defense.
