Document submission for student transfer begins.

It was stated that the submission of documents for the transfer of students studying in higher and secondary specialized education institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year is starting. Documents will be accepted electronically.
It was noted that students studying within the normative duration of their higher and secondary specialized education programs, who have earned at least half of the credits required for that period during their studies, are eligible to participate in the transfer process.
Applications will be accepted starting from July 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will continue until July 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
