According to the information, in accordance with the yellow warning, an easterly wind will blow in Ganja, Mingachevir, Goranboy, Samukh, Naftalan, Goygol, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Yevlakh, Tartar, Barda, Kalbajar, Lachin, Yardimli, Lerik, and the Nakhchivan AR, with wind speeds reaching 13.9-20.7 m/s.
