An increase in geomagnetic activity will be observed on Earth in the last days of June.
“Elchi” reports with reference to Milli.az that experts state that although a strong magnetic storm is not expected, moderate effects may be felt on some days.
According to the information, geomagnetic activity will be relatively high on June 26 and 27. On these days, the Kp index may reach 3.7, which is considered a moderate geomagnetic disturbance. It is noted that the effect will be felt more, especially in the morning and evening hours.
Activity is expected to gradually decrease on June 28, with the Kp index dropping to 3. On June 29 and 30, solar activity is expected to weaken, and the geomagnetic field is expected to remain largely stable.
Experts emphasize that these indicators are not considered dangerous, and most people may not feel any discomfort. However, some symptoms may occur in weather-sensitive individuals, the elderly, pregnant women, and those suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
These symptoms include headaches, fatigue, sleep disturbances, blood pressure changes, rapid heartbeat, irritability, and lack of concentration.
Doctors recommend reducing the intake of coffee and energy drinks on such days, drinking enough water, eating light meals, and sleeping at least 7-8 hours. It is also advised to take walks in the fresh air and avoid staying under direct sunlight for long periods during the hottest hours of the day.
