In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, intermittent rain is expected from the evening of June 24 to the morning of June 25. In some parts of the peninsula, there is a possibility of short-term intense rain and lightning.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the National Hydrometeorological Service, the unstable and rainy weather conditions observed in the regions of Azerbaijan are expected to continue until June 29.
In some areas, it is expected that precipitation will be intense and heavy, with lightning and hail possible.
An increase in water levels in rivers is expected, and short-term floods and mudflows in some mountain rivers are not excluded.
