The issue of full-time teachers can be an important reform both in terms of improving the quality of the teacher’s work and increasing their salary. But as I said, this is a matter currently under discussion. There will likely be proposals regarding this in the near future. Within these conditions, a teacher’s salary should be higher than the average salary,” the minister emphasized.
