The Azerbaijani champion’s potential opponents are: Red Star (Serbia), Dinamo (Zagreb, Croatia), Slovan (Slovakia), Lech (Poznan, Poland), Celje (Slovenia), Omonia (Cyprus), the winner of the Floriana (Malta) – Shamrock Rovers (Ireland) pair, the winner of the Vardar (North Macedonia) – KuPS (Finland) pair, Hapoel (Be’er Sheva, Israel), the winner of the Zalgiris (Lithuania) – Drita (Kosovo) pair, the winner of the Lincoln (Gibraltar) – Inter Club d’Escaldes (Andorra) pair, and the winner of the Borac (Bosnia and Herzegovina) – Levski (Bulgaria) pair.
The first legs of the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round will be held on July 21-22, and the return legs will take place on July 28-29.
