The Baku Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has conducted a training exercise on the topic of “Conducting rescue operations.”
According to “Elchi”, the purpose of the training was to further enhance the combat and professional readiness of the personnel, improve agile response skills in various extreme conditions, ensure the operational resolution of tasks assigned to structural units during potential emergencies, and increase the practical skills of the personnel in this direction.
During the training, measures were carried out regarding the preparation of Baku Regional Center rescuers for participation in simulated search and rescue operations, operational assessment of the situation at the simulated incident site, organization of management and interaction, rescue of “victims,” and provision of initial emergency medical aid.
During the training, adherence to safety regulations and the instillation of practical skills for the protection of life and health were also kept in focus.
The goals set for the successfully executed training were achieved.
