elchi reports, citing apa, that the issue was reflected in the new Article 253-1.5 proposed to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, providing false and/or distorted information regarding the cutting of shrubs subject to notification procedures will result in a fine of five hundred manats for individuals, three thousand manats for officials, and five thousand manats for legal entities.
It should be noted that the amendment proposed to the Code of Administrative Offenses is related to the new rule to be established for the cutting of shrubs on agricultural lands under perennial plantings in the Law “On the Protection of Greenery”. A notification procedure regarding the cutting of shrubs must be implemented.
After the discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
