In order to increase the accessibility of services provided in the field of gas supply in Nakhchivan, to inform consumers and to promote the application of digital solutions, an awareness event dedicated to the rules, procedures and electronic services for connection to the gas distribution network has been held.
“Elchi” reports that the meeting was attended by Nail Abdullayev, First Deputy General Director (for operations) of SOCAR’s “Azerigaz” Production Union, heads of the Union’s management apparatus and structural divisions of the Nakhchivan Regional Gas Exploitation Department, authorized representatives of relevant government agencies operating in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as representatives of contractor organizations operating in the field of design, construction and installation of natural gas supply facilities.
Officials of the Union who spoke at the event stated that the main purpose of the event is to strengthen coordination among the participants of the gas network connection process, to ensure the uniform application of regulatory requirements, to increase the level of awareness of citizens and business entities, as well as to exchange views on the discussion and resolution of practical issues arising during the provision of services.
Afterwards, the questions of the representatives of the contractor organizations were answered and necessary information was provided.
