The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has never claimed that Iran is developing nuclear weapons.
elchi reports that the head of the organization, Rafael Grossi, stated this.
“We have never said that they are doing this. We did not say it when we had access to their facilities, and we cannot say it now,” he said at a press conference in Vienna.
Grossi noted that in the past, Tehran did not always fully answer the agency’s questions. The agency head emphasized that due to the start of military operations, the IAEA has not had access to Iran’s nuclear facilities for about a year, with the exception of the latest inspection at the Bushehr NPP.
