The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in an open area in Agajanli village, Hajigabul district.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry were immediately dispatched to the scene upon receiving the information.
Thanks to the necessary and urgent measures taken by the firefighters, the fire that broke out in the open area was extinguished before it could spread to the surrounding areas.
As a result of the fire, 15 hectares of bushes and shrubs burned.
Surrounding areas, including communication lines passing through the area, were protected from the fire.
