Russia’s cooperation with India and other partners is not subject to political considerations; Moscow will do what it deems necessary and fulfill its obligations.
“Elchi” reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
“Like our other partners, our cooperation with India is not subject to political considerations. No one can tell us: ‘Do not supply India.’ No one will ever tell us that. We will do what we consider right for ourselves and will always fulfill our obligations to our partners, especially partners like India. We act in accordance with these rules. And we will continue to act this way,” the Russian leader said.
