According to the Decision No. 114 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 24, 2026, the participation fee for the teacher recruitment (MİQ) competition has been set at 60 AZN. No payment is required from candidates during the registration phase.

It was stated that the candidate first completes their application, and after the application is approved, they are directed to the payment stage.
Once the payment is completed, the candidate’s participation status is activated.
According to the legislation, candidates participating in the competition for the first time, members of martyr families, persons who have received the title of war veteran, persons with disabilities, and members of families receiving targeted state social assistance can participate in the competition free of charge.
It was noted that whether a candidate belongs to a category exempt from payment will be automatically checked through the relevant state information systems.
According to the information, the payment will be carried out electronically. Candidates can make online payments through the system using a bank card.
