Today, up to 57 thousand applicants will take the exam

Today, the State Examination Center (SEC) will hold entrance exams to higher education institutions for the II and III specialty groups.

It was reported to “Elchi” from the SEC that the exams will be organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Aghstafa, Gazakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zagatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Masally, Guba, and Khachmaz. A total of 231 exam buildings and 4,206 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exams are held. 231 general exam supervisors, 665 exam supervisors, 5,211 invigilators, 762 admission regime staff, and 231 building representatives have been involved in the management of the exams.

A total of 56,847 applicants are expected to participate, with 28,507 in the II specialty group and 28,340 in the III specialty group.

82 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) will also participate in the exam. Special halls have been allocated for their comfort, and individual invigilators have been assigned to persons with 81-100% impairment of body functions due to visual disability. Conditions have also been created for the entry and movement of applicants with limited mobility into the building and hall. In addition, special training has been conducted with the invigilators assigned to participants with disabilities.

The exam will start at 10:00. The admission regime will end at 09:45, and participants arriving after this time will not be admitted to the exam building.

Different arrival times have been set for participants to enter the exam building comfortably, and that time is indicated on the participant’s admission ticket. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time indicated on the admission ticket.

Applicants must bring the following documents to the exam:

– Exam admission ticket;

– Original identity document.

a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) must bring their identity card;

b) Foreigners and stateless persons must bring their residence permits issued by the State Migration Service, and foreign citizens who have received refugee status and their family members must bring their refugee cards;

– Participants who do not have a photo on their identity card must bring, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution with a photo attached (a 3×4 cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and stamped).
