The US Department of Defense released the second batch of previously classified documents on Friday reflecting reports on unidentified flying objects (UFOs).
“Elchi” reports that the materials include testimonies regarding the observation of green spheres, discs, and flaming orbs.
According to the ministry, this publication is a continuation of the process of disclosing information about “unidentified anomalous phenomena” initiated by the decree of President Donald Trump. The first batch of documents was presented to the public on May 8.
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stated that the published files, photographs, and video materials have long caused various speculations in society and should now be accessible to citizens.
“It is time for the American people to see this with their own eyes,” his statement reads.
A total of 222 files were included in the new release. One of them covers 116 pages of material related to observations recorded around a secret facility near Sandia (New Mexico) between 1948 and 1950.
The document records 209 incidents where “green spheres,” “discs,” and “flaming orbs” were observed near the military base.
However, experts note that no confirmation of the existence of extraterrestrial technology or life has been found in the previously published materials; only some unexplained incidents have been recorded.
