A practical-educational event was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, organized by the Main Department for Organization of Work with Regional Centers, Project Management, and Education.

According to the information provided by the Ministry to elchi, the event was attended by the Head of the MES Academy, Major-General Baba Salayev, the Head of the Caspian Basin Emergency Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Akram Gahramanov, as well as staff members of the Main Department for Organization of Work with Regional Centers, Project Management, and Education, and cadets.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, the Head of the Academy, Major-General Baba Salayev, spoke about the importance of the meeting and expressed his confidence that such events would make a significant contribution to the comprehensive training of cadets. The Head of the Academy stated that combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience is one of the main priorities of the educational process, and such meetings play an important role in preparing cadets for service, forming their professional outlook, and developing their operational decision-making skills.

Subsequently, the Head of the Caspian Basin Emergency Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Akram Gahramanov, provided detailed information about the service’s areas of activity, main duties, and the rescue operations it carries out. The Head of the Service stated that the Caspian Basin Emergency Rescue Service carries out important activities in preventing emergencies that may occur in the Caspian Sea and coastal areas, organizing emergency rescue measures promptly, and protecting human lives.

In his speech, A. Gahramanov emphasized that the Service is equipped with modern machinery and equipment, and that the professional training of personnel is kept in constant focus. It was also noted that rapid response, coordinated action, and professionalism during emergencies are key factors in the successful implementation of rescue operations.

During the event, which was held in an interactive format, the cadets showed active participation, and their questions were answered in detail.
