All restoration and construction work carried out in the liberated territories is financed by the state budget.
elchi reports that Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, stated this to journalists within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku.
He noted that approximately 25 billion manats have been allocated from the state budget to the liberated territories so far:
“I would not want to separate the figures by specific regions. Because all the projects implemented here are interconnected. This should be viewed as part of a large mega-project. For example, roads, railways, or large reservoirs are not intended for just one district. Those investments also have a positive impact on other districts.”
