In January-April of this year, 335 thousand citizens were served in DOST centers. Their satisfaction level with the provided DOST services was 99.2 percent.
elchi reports that since May 2019, 7 DOST centers, a “Smart DOST” service point in Aghali village of Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli have been opened in our country.
Based on the DOST concept, which is also highly valued at the international level, 162 state social services are provided through a “single window” system, using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, in accordance with citizen satisfaction.
