Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze spoke today about the importance of the agreements signed with Azerbaijan in the energy sector following his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
According to “Elchi”, I. Kobakhidze wrote about this on his social media accounts.
“A very important agreement has been signed with Azerbaijan in the field of both electricity import and transit,” wrote I. Kobakhidze. He also emphasized the importance of the agreement on the Baku-Tbilisi-Supsa oil pipeline. “The agreement on the Baku-Tbilisi-Supsa oil pipeline is of great importance, based on which the country will receive tens of millions (in dollars for transit – ed.) in revenue annually,” he stated.
