From May 1 to 15, a total of 30,509 citizen inquiries were received by the Ministry of Science and Education and its subordinate institutions.
This was reported to elchi by the Ministry of Science and Education.
It was stated that 4,765 of the inquiries were received electronically, 1,055 in written form, and 18,094 through call centers. In addition, 6,595 inquiries were recorded during citizen receptions:
“The received inquiries were mainly related to admission to the first grade, registration for preschool educational institutions, recognition of foreign diplomas, student education loans, and other educational issues.”
