“Elchi” reports, citing the “A Bola” publication, that one of the candidates for the Istanbul representative is Jorge Jesus.
According to the information, the experienced specialist, who is currently working at the Saudi Arabian club “Al-Nassr”, is positively inclined to leave Arab football at the end of May. It is reported that the “Yellow-Navy Blues” have allocated a budget of more than 15 million euros for this.
It is not only “Fenerbahce” that is interested in Jorge Jesus. “Sporting Lisbon” from Portugal also wants to attract the experienced specialist to the team.
It should be noted that Jorge Jesus coached “Fenerbahce” in the 2022/23 season. He appeared in 53 games at the helm of the Istanbul club and averaged 2.23 points per match. That season, Jesus won the Turkish Cup with the “Yellow-Navy Blues”.
