Local executive authorities will create decent working conditions for persons engaged in street trading.
elchi Reporting with reference to Trend, this is reflected in the General Collective Agreement for 2026-2028 between the Cabinet of Ministers, the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was stated that the Parties consider it necessary for local executive authorities and municipalities to carry out relevant work to create decent working conditions for persons engaged in street and market trade in order to ensure the rights of citizens for social protection.
