Main State Traffic Police Department has issued an appeal regarding non-working days

The Main State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued an appeal to road users regarding non-working days.

According to the information provided to elchi by the department, an increase in traffic intensity is expected on roads of national importance during the weekend and non-working days related to the holiday.

In order to further strengthen safety measures, especially on roads leading to tourism and recreation areas, the Main State Traffic Police Department calls on every road user to be responsible. Drivers are requested to choose their speed according to road and weather conditions:

“They should not get behind the wheel if they have health problems, or if they are tired or sleepy. They should maintain a safe following distance and avoid risky overtaking maneuvers. They should strictly follow the requirements of traffic control devices on the road. Before setting off, they should pay attention to the technical condition of their vehicles. Let us not forget that a safe journey depends on the responsible behavior of each of us.”

The Main State Traffic Police Department advises all drivers to be cautious during their trips and to strictly observe traffic rules.
