Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is receiving treatment in isolation due to severe burn injuries covering his face, arms, upper body, and legs.
elchi reports that CNN has provided this information citing a US intelligence report.
According to the report, the new supreme leader does not use electronic devices and communicates with certain people only in person or through a courier.
“Although Mojtaba Khamenei has a role in shaping war strategy, the IRGC command, together with Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, is managing daily affairs due to his inability to participate directly. There is no sign that Iran’s supreme leader has given any orders regarding the situation,” the source noted.
