With the launch of the Darnagul station, trains will operate on an updated schedule in the Baku-Khirdalan-Baku direction.
This was reported to elchi by Azerbaijan Railways CJSC.
It should be noted that another important step has been taken to contribute to balancing passenger flow in Baku and reducing congestion in the center. Thus, the Darnagul railway stop has been put into operation as of May 8, 2026.
The fare for the Baku–Darnagul, Darnagul–Bilajari, and Darnagul–Khirdalan directions is 0.60 AZN, and 1.00 AZN for the Darnagul–Sumgayit direction.
Trains cover the distance from Baku Railway Station to Darnagul stop and in the opposite direction in 10 minutes, Darnagul–Bilajari and Bilajari–Darnagul in 8 minutes, and the distance in the Darnagul–Khirdalan and Khirdalan–Darnagul direction in 15 minutes.
