Results of the graduation exam held on April 12

It was stated that 9th-grade students who participated in the exam can access their exam results and a graphic representation of their answer sheets by visiting the provided link (https://eservices.dim.gov.az/2026/netorta/) and using their work number and ID document number (or FIN code). Exam participants can find their work numbers here.

Students can also obtain information about their exam results (total score for each subject) via mobile operators (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar) by sending the code indicated on the exam admission card to the number 7727.

The process of grading written assignments (open-ended questions) was carried out online. Each marker connected to the grading process from their home, and the program randomly sent assignments to their computer. It should be noted that facial recognition technology was applied during the online (remote) grading process, and all requirements of the grading process (improvement of criteria, encryption of assignments, participation of markers in calibration before grading each task, application of the “seeding” process during grading (regularly sending pre-prepared and calibrated questions to markers to maintain vigilance), random distribution of assignments to markers by the program, examination of exam protocols, etc.) were followed.

462 people did not attend the exam

The software for the online grading of written assignments was developed by specialists from the State Examination Center.

Out of 52,687 people expected to participate in this exam, 462 did not attend. 3 people were excluded from the exam for violating the required exam rules.

Among the exam participants, 7 people achieved the highest result by scoring the maximum of 300 points. In addition, 1 person studying in English achieved the highest result by scoring 200 points. Note that graduates of schools where instruction is conducted in a different language take exams in 2 subjects (mathematics and foreign language), and the maximum score they can achieve is 200. You can view the list of those who achieved the maximum score here.

An Appeals Commission will operate at the SEC

An Appeals Commission will operate at the SEC to review appeals regarding exam results. Those who wish to appeal to the Appeals Commission can register by filling out the electronic application that will be posted on the SEC website from 10:00 on May 12 to 17:00 on May 14. Those who do not register within the specified period will not be able to appeal to the Appeals Commission later. In the electronic application, the number of the task being appealed must be selected, the content of the appeal regarding it must be written, and which point of the criteria it is considered to correspond to must be indicated. If the content of the appeal is not specified in the electronic application, the application is not accepted and the appeal is not investigated. The appeal process is carried out in the following order:

All assignments appealed are investigated by the Appeals Commission;

Expert opinions (in writing) on the tasks appealed by students are added to the appeal applications; An SMS regarding the completion of the appeal process is sent to the phone number indicated by the students in their appeal applications. After that, students can log in to their applications on the apelyasiya.dim.gov.az website to view the result of the appeal and print the expert opinion from there.

Appeals regarding answers marked in a form inconsistent with the instructions on the answer sheet, including corrections that result in the answer being considered incorrect by the optical device (e.g., shading two circles in a closed-ended question, etc.), will not be reviewed.

Before appealing to the Appeals Commission, students can view their results, the graphic representation of their answer sheet, and the evaluation criteria for each open-ended task on the SEC website, on the page related to exam results. The experience of previous exams shows that approximately 15% of those who apply for an appeal did not answer the task at all or applied to the commission without comparing their own answers with the possible correct answers and the evaluation scale. We would like to inform applicants that such appeals will not be reviewed.
