Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent congratulatory letters to the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia, as well as to the peoples of Georgia and Moldova, on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
