Attention to those who wish to become a private enforcement officer!

A test exam for Private Enforcement Officers will be held on June 12, 2026.

This information was provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Justice.

It was stated that the exam will be held via computer at the State Examination Center’s electronic examination building located at 50 S.S. Akhundov Street, Binagadi district, Baku, and will start at 10:00 AM.

The test exam will be conducted by the center on a paid basis. In this regard, each candidate must obtain their exam admission ticket by registering on the Center’s official website and paying the relevant fee.

In the exam, candidates will be presented with a total of 100 questions, including 60 questions on the legislation applied in the activities of a private enforcement officer, and 40 questions determining the ability to draw logical conclusions, general knowledge level, worldview, and communication skills. Each question on legislation will be worth 1 point, and each of the other questions will be worth 0.5 points. Candidates who score 55 or more out of a possible 80 points in the test exam are admitted to the interview stage.

Persons who have successfully passed the test exam stage of the competition and wish to participate in the interview must submit the documents provided for in clause 2.3 of the “Rules for announcing the competition, accepting applications, and reviewing them for the position of private enforcement officer” to the Competition Commission for Private Enforcement Officers.

Candidates who meet the requirements established by the Law “On Private Enforcement Officers” based on the documents they submit will be admitted to the second stage of the competition – the interview.
