3 new advisors appointed to the Executive Director of TABIB.

It was stated that Ramil Muxtarzade, Tohfa Jamilova, and Bahadur Rzayev have been appointed to the mentioned positions.
Ramil Muxtarzade has served as the Head of the Strategic Development and Economic Analysis Department at the State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance from 2023 until his current appointment.
Tohfa Jamilova worked as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board at the Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute starting in 2026, and later served as the Head of the Strategic Planning, Coordination, and Implementation Control Department at the Office of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency.
Bahadur Rzayev served as the Head of the Rehabilitation, Quality Control, and Service Organization Department at the State Agency for Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation from 2023 to 2024, and as an advisor to the Chairman of the Board from 2025 until his current appointment.
