As of today, the “e-Sosial” mobile application has ceased its operations due to its full integration into the “mygov” platform.
This information was provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
It was stated that, as a continuation of the work carried out in the direction of implementing the “Action Plan for 2026-2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the Decree of the President of the country, the services in the application have been fully integrated into the “mygov” platform.
In this regard, citizens’ access to digital services provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population via mobile devices will henceforth be ensured only through the “mygov” mobile application.
It should be noted that the consolidation of socially oriented services into a unified digital ecosystem serves to organize state services based on the “single window” principle, ensures efficient use of digital resources and optimization of technological infrastructure, and at the same time, enables the provision of services in a more proactive and effective manner.
