The list of information to be provided by the responsible person for vehicles intended to enter the customs territory is being expanded.
“Elchi” reports that this is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Customs Code, which was discussed at today’s plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
Thus, according to the current legislation, for a vehicle intended to enter the customs territory, the responsible person must provide the customs authorities in advance with information about the following in the manner and form (including electronic form) determined by the relevant executive authority:
– the customs area where the vehicle will enter;
The draft proposes that the responsible person should provide the information reflected in the vehicle’s registration certificate to the customs authority in advance.
After the discussions, the document was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
