Military personnel will be provided with personal identification tags.
“Elchi” reports that this issue is reflected in the draft amendments to the “Regulations on Military Service” and the Law “On Military Duty and Military Service,” which were discussed at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, they will be provided with personal identification tags by the state bodies where they serve and the entities within their structure.
The document states that the provision of personal identification tags to military personnel, as well as the description, characteristics, and the procedure for maintaining records of these tags, will be determined by the body (entity) designated by the relevant executive authority.
Following the discussions, the document was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
