According to the news from “Elchi”, this is reflected in the amendment to the Law “On Education” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
It should be noted that according to the law in force until now, the activities of educators in children’s music, art, and painting schools were evaluated by attestation. Thus, attestation is being replaced by certification.
