The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual recognition and exchange of driving licenses” has been approved.
“Elchi” reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed the Law regarding this matter.
It should be noted that the mentioned agreement was signed in Baku on January 16, 2026.
