It is planned for Tabriz International Airport to reopen in a week.
According to “Tasnim”, this was announced by the deputy governor of Iran’s East Azerbaijan province.
According to the information, many parts of Tabriz airport were damaged as a result of attacks by the US and Israel, which led to the suspension of flights.
Currently, work is underway to repair the damaged asphalt and concrete runways, and measures have also been taken to restore the flight control tower.
The process is expected to be completed within a week.
It should be noted that several airports in Iran have already resumed flights.
