It was stated that the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ “112” hotline received information about a fire at a market located in the city of Goychay. Upon receiving the information, forces from the Goychay District Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately dispatched to the area. Thanks to the prompt intervention of the firefighters, the fire that occurred on the outer wall of the market was extinguished in a short time without allowing it to spread.
As a result of the fire, 1 display refrigerator, the engine parts of 2 air conditioners, and nearby unusable food products burned on an area of 15 square meters on the outer wall of the market.
The market and the building were protected from the fire.
