The amount of precipitation was 3 mm in Guba, and 1 mm in Ganja, Naftalan, Gusar, Balakan, Shabran, Khachmaz, Zagatala, Shaki, Tartar, Yevlakh, Sabirabad, Gubadli, Shusha, Khankendi, Khojaly, and Fuzuli.
Fog is observed in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Ganja, Goranboy, Naftalan, Shamkir, Balakan, Gobustan, Shamakhi, Khizi, Zagatala, Shaki, Gabala, Oghuz, Gusar, Guba, and Goychay, with visibility limited to 500 meters.
The north-west wind is strengthening intermittently in some places. The maximum wind speed reaches 25 m/s in Kalbajar, 21 m/s in Aghstafa, 20 m/s in Tovuz and Khinalig, 19 m/s in Goranboy, 18 m/s in Zangilan, Naftalan, and Dashkasan, and 16 m/s in Lerik and Gadabay.
