Deputy Director appointed to the Azerbaijan State Puppet Theatre

Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy Director at the Azerbaijan State Pantomime Theatre. The Strategy and Communication Department of the theatre released information regarding this. For information, Elnur Mais oglu Abbasguliyev was born on November 19, 1979, in Baku. He graduated from the “Drama Theatre and Film Actor” faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. From 1996 to 2000, he worked as an actor at the “Deli Yigincagi” Pantomime Theatre-Studio led by People’s Artist Bakhtiyar Khanizade, and from 2000 to 2009, he worked as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Pantomime Theatre. Since September 2009, he has been working as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Puppet Theatre in parallel. In October 2021, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Director at the Azerbaijan State Pantomime Theatre. Over the years, Elnur Abbasguliyev has been a member of organizing committees and working groups for various international events and cultural days, and has created interesting characters in television plays and films. During his creative career, he has successfully represented Azerbaijani theatre art by participating in prestigious international festivals and art events held in Russia, Turkey, Georgia, Iran, the Netherlands, Ukraine, and Tatarstan (RF).
