The finalists of the Azerbaijan Cup have been determined. Zira and Sabah, having passed the semi-final stage, have qualified for the decisive match.
elchi reports that Zira eliminated Turan Tovuz (2:0, 0:0), while Sabah eliminated Qarabag (2:2, 2:1).
The settlement club has reached the final for the 3rd time in its history. The representative of Zira was a participant in the decisive match in the 2021/22 and 2023/24 seasons.
Sabah will play in the final for the second time in its history and for the second consecutive time. They will try to defend the title of the previous season’s winner. The rivals, who will meet on May 13, faced the same team – Qarabag – in their previous final matches.
