The State Examination Center (SEC) will hold a graduation exam for the general (9-year) secondary education level on April 26.

Districts and schools where the exam will be held
It was stated that the exam will be held in the Sabunchu (Part II), Nizami, Khazar (Part II), and Nasimi districts of Baku city, as well as in Sumgayit (Part II), Absheron (Part II), Nakhchivan, Goygol, Goranboy, Naftalan, Gadabay, Tovuz, Qakh, Balakan, Zaqatala, Lerik, Jalilabad (Part II), Masalli (Part II), Barda, Tartar, Goychay, Saatli, Salyan, Kurdamir, Ismayilli, Sabirabad (Part II), Khachmaz (Part II), Quba (Part II), Aghdara (secondary schools in Talish, Goyarkh, Hasanriz, Shikharx, Sugovushan villages), Lachin (Secondary School No. 2, Zabukh and Sus village secondary schools), special schools in Baku (boarding schools, schools located in penitentiary institutions), as well as for graduates of general education institutions where instruction is conducted in the Georgian language.
The exam starts at 11:00
The admission regime ends at 10:45, 15 minutes before the start of the exam. Participants arriving after this time are not admitted to the exam building.
To ensure that participants enter the exam building comfortably, different arrival times have been set for the building, and this time is indicated on the participant’s exam admission ticket. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time specified on the admission ticket.
Rules and prohibitions for students
It is forbidden to bring or use mobile phones, smartwatches and other communication devices, calculators and other electronic devices, notes, dictionaries, tables, bags, information booklets, external storage devices, and other auxiliary tools in the exam building or hall.
Students must bring the following documents to the exam:
– Exam admission ticket;
– Original identity document:
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) must bring their ID card;
b) Foreigners and stateless persons must bring their residence permits issued by the State Migration Service, and foreign citizens who have obtained refugee status and their family members must bring their refugee cards;
– Participants whose ID card does not have a photo must also bring a certificate issued by the educational institution with a photo attached (a 3×4 cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and stamped).
Students whose identity document does not have a photo can download the certificate required for the graduation exam from the SEC website.
Students participating in the exam can print and obtain their “Exam admission ticket” online from the SEC website starting from April 1.
A total of 240 exam buildings and 4,171 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exam is held. 926 exam supervisors and general supervisors, 5,197 proctors, 731 admission regime staff (security), and 240 building representatives have been assigned to manage the exams.
55,282 students are expected to participate in the exam
79 students with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, etc.) will also participate in the exam. Special halls have been allocated in the exam buildings for their comfortable participation, and individual proctors have been assigned to persons with 81-100% visual impairment. Conditions have also been created for the entry and movement of students with mobility impairments into the building and hall. In addition, special training has been conducted for the proctors assigned to participants with disabilities.
