Persons who have successfully passed the test exam held on April 7 by the State Examination Center (SEC) to assess the special training of those who want to become taxi drivers can obtain their certificates by presenting their identity documents at the Center’s electronic examination building located at 50 Suleyman Sani Akhundov Street, Binagadi district, Baku.

To obtain the certificate from the Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shaki, Lankaran, Shirvan, Goychay, Barda, Khachmaz, and Shamkir regional divisions of the SEC, one must apply to the email address info@dim.gov.az and attach a copy of the identity document to the application.
